CIO Council Committees
In
2004, the CIO Executive Committee identified four strategic areas
under which activities of the CIO Council or related “Work
Groups” would be organized.
CIO Council
members were asked to serve on at least one of the four committees.
The committees assist with activities occurring in each area and
share information with the CIO Council. When appropriate, the committees
may present decisions requiring actions from the CIO Council in
a timely manner for Council action.
The Security
and Continuity of Operations committee is the only one of the four
committees to be meeting regularly in 2008.
